If, in the future for any reason, the income cannot be used in India, the Board [COEMAR] will consult with the First Presbyterian Church of Cranford, New Jersey, regarding the use of income in another country which will be mutually satisfactory to the church and the Board, providing the title and the memorial character are always connected with it and the purpose is maintained as nearly as possible.
