Fund Restriction

So much of such four parts of my residuary estate as will, in the opinion of the Board, be deemed necessary to establish and endow a home or homes in or near New York for missionary families home on furlough shall be used for such purposes. The balance of such four parts of my residuary estate shall be used for the general use and purposes of the said Board.
