Fund Restriction

Income to be applied toward the upkeep of the physical plant of the Helen Marquis Memorial Chapel or the Marquis Memorial Academy, both located in Chosen [Korea], and that should the income not be required during any year for such upkeep, it shall be used for carrying on the work in these institutions, and, further, that if for any reason the Board [Coemar] shall cease to assume financial responsibility for the support of the Chapel or the Academy, the income from the fund shall be used elsewhere at the discretion of the Board.
