interest only to be used for the training of an India nurse or doctor at the Philadelphia Hospital, Ambala, Punjab, India. If, in the future, for any reason the income cannot be used in India the Board shall have the right to use the fund in any other field providing the title and the memorial character are always connected with it and the purpose is maintained as nearly as possible.
