Fund Restriction

to be used for scholarships at the Girls’ Boarding School in Sialkot, Pakistan. [cy pres required if the Girls’ Boarding School does not exist.] If, in the future, for any reason the income cannot be used in Pakistan, the Commission shall have the right to use the Fund in any other field, providing the title and the memorial character are always connected with it and the purpose is maintained as nearly as possible.
