Fund Restriction

To be made available toward defraying the educational expense of any member of the First Presbyterian Church, of Ludlow, Kentucky, who desires to become a candidate for the Christian Ministry, or for full time Christian service, either boy or girl. Ten years following my death the above bequest shall be made available to any student – Candidates, preferably from Ebenezer Presbytery or from the State of Kentucky.
