Fund Restriction

That the 121st General Assembly [PCUS] designate the remaining portion of the funds which will be received from the China property settlement, and the interest it earns, for carrying out the mandate given by the Assembly to the General Assembly Mission Board to implement proposals of service and witness in relationship to the Chinese people and in the education of our own constituency in understanding China according to principles previously established by the Assembly.
