Fund Restriction

To be used to provide scholarship assistance to worthy young men and women of the Christian faith, who are American citizens and who have proven intellectual promise or talent, but who, by their own efforts, are unable to earn a sufficient amount to provide for their own education and are otherwise financially unable to further develop their potentials.
