Adriana Ballard serves as the Director of Investments and Assistant Vice President. She joins the Foundation with 25 years of experience in investments, finance, and operations, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Adriana served as the Director of Asset Owner Solutions at Nasdaq. Prior to Nasdaq, Adriana spent over 14 years as a Portfolio Manager at the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS), a public pension fund managing $34 billion in assets. Her expertise in investment management and financial strategy will be invaluable to the Foundation.

Adriana began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked as a Senior Client Analyst with the Private Wealth Management Team. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Universidad de Los Andes (Bogota), a PgDip from Universidad del Rosario (Bogota) in International Business, and an MBA from IE Business School (Madrid). She is a native of Colombia.
