Should St. Vincent’s School and Hospital for Handicapped Children or its successor cease to exist or ceases to be a part of or officially related to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) then the Worldwide Ministries Division of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) shall us the net income for a school or hospital serving children in Haiti or the region.
