income to be used to fund scholarships for needy and deserving students at Presbyterian affiliated colleges located through the United States. Although it is Jean I. Arthur’s request that only the income from this fund be used for the purposes stated herein, and that the principal of this fund be preserved intact, the Foundation shall have the authority to use the principal for such purposed, if in the sole judgment and discretion of the Foundation, such use is warranted to serve its general educational purposes.
