for the Church Vocation Ministry Unit, or successor, of the Presbyterian Church (USA), to be used equally for the National Presbyterian College Scholarship Fund and for the Educational Assistance Grant Fund. Should the National Presbyterian College Scholarship Fund or the Educational Assistance Grant Fund cease to exist, the proportionate share of the net income shall go to the Church Vocational Ministry Unit or its successor. [This fund represents the portion for the Educational Assistance Grant Fund; however, since that fund has ceased to exist the income is to be used by the successor of the Church Vocational Ministry Unit.]

It is to be used for Scholarship Aid to Black persons selected in accordance with their academic ability and financial need. The person or persons may or may not be a member of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).

For the use of the General Assembly Council or its successors to support theological education scholarships at PC(U.S.A.)-related seminaries for native Spanish speakers, preferentially, but also for students with Spanish language skills who have a demonstrable commitment to ministry among Spanish-speaking persons.
