Pay to Seminario Biblico Latinoamericano whose current address is Apartado 901, 1000 San Jose, Costa Rica the net income therefrom quarterly. The Seminario Biblico Latinoamericano of San Jose, Costa Rica shall use the said income from the fund hereby established to establish and support the Reformed Presbyterian Chair. Should the Seminario Biblico Latinoamericano of San Jose, Costa Rica be merged or consolidated with any other educational institution of the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be paid to the said merged educational institution which shall be entitled to receive all the benefits of this gift and shall be obligated to administer the same in all respects and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Further, should the Seminario Biblico Latinoamericano of San Jose, Costa Rica or its successor cease to exist or cease to be a part of or officially connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), then the said net income shall be paid to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA) to be used for the Presbyterian Theological Scholarship Fund for students from Central America.

To Tainan Theological College, 117 East Gate Road Sec. 1, Tainan , 70129, Taiwan for the purchase of books in the area of Theology and Church History for the library.

To Talua Ministry Training Centre, PO Box 180, Luganville, Santo, Republic of Vanuatu for the library to purchase books in the area of women’s studies.
