for the maintenance and education of orphan girls of Brantley (formerly Wayne) County in the state of Georgia [expanded by the Superior Court of Mecklenburg County of North Carolina in 1960 to encompass adjoining counties ‘within the area of which Brantley County is the approximate hub or center’]; said one-third (1/3rd) part to be invested and re-invested by the proper officers of said Assembly and income only therefrom to be used for the aforesaid purposes; ….the said Assembly shall have power to select institutions at which the beneficaries may be placed, either within or without said State.

Any stock in Exxon I may own at the time of my decease unto the Board of Christian Education, Presbyterian Church in the United States, 801 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia, to be added to the Mary McKinnon Memorial Fund.

To be used for mission work each year, preferably toward the salary of a missionary or a Native Worker in Brazil.

To the Board of National Ministries or its successor.

To be used for Christian Education.
