for the support of missionaries or, if that seems inexpedient, for the general purposes of the Board.

to be applied toward evangelistic and educational work in Syria and India.

To be used in supporting a capable missionary in a foreign field, who shall be nominated and selected from time to time by the Trustees and Pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church (n/k/a United Presbyterian Church of Pottsville) and shall be designated as the missionary of said Church.

for the purpose of carrying on the Hospital work of the said Board [of Foreign Missions].

only the annual income from my estate shall be used in the mission and outreach of the Church with an emphasis on medical and hospital work and needs.
