It is the donors’ preference that income from the fund be used for the support of the educational program (including normal institutional operation and maintenance costs but excluding capital facility expenditures) of the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Matanzas, Cuba, so long as the Presbyterian Church (USA) is engaged in cooperative ministries through the Presbyterian Reformed Church of Cuba. In the event that the Worldwide Ministries Division finds it impossible or impractical to sustain this particular use of income from the Fund, said income may be used by Worldwide Ministries Division to support such other mission efforts to minister to the people of Cuba as it may then deem appropriate.
