For use as a Scholarship Fund for students preparing for the ministry in Brazil, in memory of Walter Waddell Chase. Such income is to be forwarded to the school, Jose Manoel da Conceicao, Jandira, E.F. Sorocabana, E. de Sao Paulo, Brazil. The school is to select the student to receive the scholarship each year. In the event this school should cease to exist or discontinue its present function of preparing students for the ministry, these funds are to be used for this same purpose in any other school in Brazil at the discretion of the Presbyterian Church in Brazil.

to promote and support the charitable, religious, educational, and societal functions provided by the Bangkok Christian Guest House.

Presbyterian Theological Seminary of Seoul, Korea shall use the said income from the fund hereby established for the scholarship support of students attending said seminary.
