net income shall be used for the national missions work of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), with first preference given to its Volunteers in Mission (VIM) program or the successor to the VIM program.

For scholarships to students of private secondary schools, both Presbyterian and non-Presbyterian, who are in need of financial assistance and support.

Income is to be used by the Presbyterian Mission Agency of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the purpose of awarding scholarships to female students in Zambia, or other countries in southern Africa, pursuing higher education, with preference for studies in the fields of ministry, medicine and education.
