To establish or add to, a Jonathan Edward Kidder Scholarship Fund, the income of which, at the discretion of the proper College authorities, shall be made available to any student, male or female, of good character, who has a need and expresses a sincere desire to contribute his/her talents to the office of pastor, organist, choir director, or other full-time service in a Presbyterian, or other mainline Protestant church, and shows that he has the promise of achievement therefore.
