to reinvest said income back into the principal of said gift until the principal reaches One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). At such time, the net income therefrom, as such income is received in quarterly payments, shall be distributed as follows: 90% to be paid to the Racial Ethnic Ministry Unit, or its successors, of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as a specific addition to approved funding sources, without equalization of any kind, for the National Black Presbyterian Caucus, or its successors, to be used as it Board of Directors shall determine. 10% to be reinvested in perpetuity.
