For the General Mission work of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. by the General Assembly, the Presbytery and the Synod of jurisdiction of the Donor at the time of establishing this fund, according to the ratios and formulae in effect at the time these funds become available for the work of the church, such ratios being determined each year by negotiations among all three judicatories.
