For use as outright grants to students at said institutions who are among the top ten percent (10%) of their college or seminary class and who show promise and excellence for ministerial service or for teaching in the Lord’s service. Those selected by the colleges or seminary shall receive grants to defray tuition expenses for up to as much as the full cost of tuition for their years of study up to and including study for a master’s degree of the colleges or a B.D., M. Div., D. Min., or other equivalent basic degree of the seminary.
