For scholarship assistance to students at Silliman University, Dumaguete City, Negros, Oriental, The Philippines. Such scholarships shall be given to the children of Barrio pastors on the islands of Negros and Cebu in the Philippines, with first preference, wherever possible, to be given to students from Luciano and Cell Bacarro of Cebu Island, The Philippines. Insofar as possible, it is the wish of the donor that the pastor of the Silliman University Church be a member of the selection committee to choose the recipient of this annual scholarship.
