Income from said legacy to be used annually for the work of said Board [n/k/a Coemar] in Tabriz, Persia [Iran].

shall be used for the education of girls in Rakha Girls’ School at Fatehgarh, India, and for the education of boys in the Board’s Mission Schools in India; and further agrees [COEMAR] that if at any time it shall cease to become financially responsible for the Rakha Girls’ School, the proportionate income on the fund to be used for the education of girls in that school will be used for the education of girls elsewhere in India.
