Distributions are to be used to support village-based health clinics in Ali Pure Chatha Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Pakistan, with first preference given to Sadiq Memorial Clinic in Dilawer Cheema. Should Sadiq Memorial Clinic cease to exist or remain viable, distributions shall continue to be used to support village-based health services within Ali Pure Chatha Presbytery in honor of Reverend Sadiq Dilawri. These distributions to be made under the supervision of Memorial Christian Hospital, Sialkot, Pakistan.

Worldwide Ministries Global Education for Protestant Theological Community in Chile (Comunidad Teologica Evangelica de Chile) as long as it exists as an interdenominational theological institution, educating all Protestants in Chile and there are no restrictions on sending money to Chile.
