To be added to the awards of the scholarship fund established by the Women of the Church of the Presbytery of St. Andrew. Once said scholarship fund established by the Women of the Church of the Presbytery of St. Andrew has received $20,000 from this gift and from all other sources, said five percent income shall be distributed to the general scholarship fund of Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and while this gift is unrestricted and the Board of Trustees or other governing body of Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary may use and expend these funds in any manner it deems appropriate, the Donors would prefer that the money be spent for students from the First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, Mississippi, or Washington County, Mississippi, or, if none, to be used for any student or students.
