For a scholarship offered to a Fine Arts Major who is studying a classical art. Order of preference is as follows: 1. To a voice student 2. To a piano student 3. To a string student 4. To a ballet dance student 5. To an art student. If in the future the income should be sufficient to fund more than one scholarship, a second scholarship should be offered – one, or both to be named The Ruth Giles Scholarship. This scholarship will be inclusive of any Fine Arts Major offered by Belhaven College in the future. Awards will be made according to the scholarship policies of Belhaven College.
