The Foundation shall reinvest net income so that said income becomes principal until the market value reaches Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) [requirement met 11/30/2010]. At that time, the Foundation shall pay the net income therefrom (hereinafter ‘Net Income’) after the expiration of each calendar year [began January 2012] to the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, 2000 University Avenue, Dubuque, IA 52001 (hereinafter the ‘Beneficiary’) to be divided equally into two annual scholarships; one for a male Presbyterian student and one for a female Presbyterian student.
