Income shall be used for such purposes of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), as Christian education program of the Church.

Income is to be used by the Presbyterian Mission Agency of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the purpose of awarding scholarships to female students in Zambia, or other countries in southern Africa, pursuing higher education, with preference for studies in the fields of ministry, medicine and education.

For the Presbyterian Mission Agency to be used primarily for the training of Congolese medical and health professionals, with preference for support of Presbyterian work in the Greater Kasai region. If there is not enough demand for scholarships for training, funds should be used to help provide medical care or equip medical institutions, preferably in the Congo.

for the sole use of the Presbyterian Office of Public Witness, or its successor, to help it advocate the social witness perspectives and policies of the Presbyterian General Assembly. The Presbyterian Office of Public Witness shall have full power to determine how the income may be used to achieve its goals.

Income shall be used for such purposes of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), as its General Assembly shall in its wisdom direct in furthering the Christian program of the Church.
