for the Worldwide Ministries Division, or its successors, designated for the Presbyterian Church in the Republic of Korea to be used for scholarships for women students at the theological seminary of Hanshin University, Sooya 5 Dong San 129, Dobong Ku, Seoul, Korea. Should that seminary cease to exist, the Fund should be used to educate women leaders in the Presbyterian Church in the Republic of Korea. Should the aforesaid charitable purpose, become, as determined within the sole discretion of the Foundation (and without the approval of any court, person, organization or entity) obsolete, indefinite or impractical or impossible to perform of fulfill, then the Net Income shall be administered by the Foundation for purposes which parallel, to the extent possible, the original intent of the Donor, in the judgment and sole discretion of the Foundation (and without the approval of any court, person, organization or entity) after consultation with appropriate governing bodies of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
