자금 제한With first preference given to its work in providing scholarships for students of Tokyo Union Theological Seminary in Tokyo, Japan, and with second preference given to its work in providing scholarships for students of Union Theological Seminary located in Manila, Philippines. Further, should Tokyo Union Theological Seminary desire, they may, at their sole discretion, revoke all or part of their proportionate share of this gift by withdrawing all or part of the full market value of their proportionate share of this fund at any quarterly valuation date by giving the Foundation written notice of intent to withdraw ten days prior to such valuation date. Each request for partial withdrawal shall be for not less than $1,000.00 per withdrawal. Income on any withdrawal shall cease on the date of withdrawal.Lastly, the income and or principal paid to the five designated causes set forth above shall be outside the budget of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and shall not be equalized.

자금 제한Shall be for the use of Foundation, in establishing, developing or assisting religious institutions or activities, no part of the net earnings of which enures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, and no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.After the death of Donor [DOD 9/20/1996], his wife and his son William [We have no way of locating wife or son], Foundation may in its sole discretion apply and use the principal property then allocated to Project Religion, and the income thereof, including any accrued income then on hand, for the general purposes of Project Religion above set forth. [March 28, 1969 Dr. David Ju agreed with the Foundation that the income from this fund would be paid through COEMAR and be used at the Mackay Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan.]

자금 제한In furthering human welfare by establishing, developing, or assisting activities corporations, trusts, community chests, funds, foundations, or like organizations in the United States of America, or elsewhere, which activities corporations, trusts, community chests, funds, foundations or like organizations are organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable. scientific, literary or educational purposes, including the encouragement of art and the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, no part of the net earnings of which ensures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual and no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation. Before disbursing any income or principal for Project Humanity, Foundation will consult with Donor, or after his death, with Donor’s wife, or after her death, with Donor’s son, William, should be then have attained 21 years of age, to ascertain their recommendations with respect to the particular purposes and objects thereof. Foundation will endeavor to respect all such recommendations and will follow them if they are within the scope of its’ corporate purposes and the uses and purposes set forth in this Indenture and it is otherwise possible and feasible to do so.
