If you find yourself still waiting for the blessing of the Spirit, remember that God chooses to work slowly.
A sermon is an inefficient way to proclaim good news.
The church is a slow way to change the world.
Prayer is a snail-like way to heal what is broken.
Yet these are God’s tools to bless us with a glimpse of the kingdom.
So take heart: when things around you are slow, quiet, and inefficient, perhaps the Spirit is very near.
