To the Christian Education Trust Fund of the Presbyterian Church, U.S., for the Hinkle-Phipps Memorial Scholarship Fund at Davis and Elkins College, in Elkins, West Virginia, said funds to be invested and the interest accruing each year to be used by the presently existing Hinkle-Phipps Memorial Scholarship Fund for Christian Education at Davis and Elkins College.
