Barber Scotia College shall use said income from the Fund hereby established for the (Mrs.) Ozzie Sherrill Howard Memorial Scholarship Fund at Barber-Scotia College, to be used for an academically qualified and financially needy student, who is a native of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or Tennessee.
