Fund Restriction

To be added to the memorial scholarship fund awards, class of 1930. Once the memorial scholarship fund awards, class of 1930, has received $50,000 from this gift and from all other sources, said five percent income shall be distributed to the general scholarship fund of Davidson College, and while the gift is unrestricted and the Board of Trustees or other governing body of Davidson College may use and expend these funds in any manner it deems appropriate, the Donors would prefer that the money be spent for students from the First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, Mississippi, or Washington County, Mississippi, or, if none, to be used for any student or students.
