Fund Restriction

Board [BNM] will notify the Treasurer of Brooklyn-Nassau Presbyterian Society and the League annually, as soon after the first of the calendar year as may be practicable, as to the amount of the net income received on said fund in the preceding calendar year after brokers’ commissions or any other out-of-pocket expenses in connection with the supervision and operation of this fund.Credit will be given to the League for the amount of the net income through the Brooklyn-Nassau Presbyterial Society.Such income will be allocated within the Board’s budget as the League shall direct in writing, or in the absence of such direction, be applied to the general work of the Board.
