Fund Restriction

to be devoted to scholarships in Mary Holmes Seminary now carried by the Board through its Division of Missions for Colored People, and in the event that in the judgment of the Division of Missions for Colored People work at Mary Holmes Seminary may not be longer needed that the income from this gift be transferred to some other school, to be used for the same purpose, where similar work is being done.
