Fund Restriction

shall be used at Silliman Institute, Dumaguete, Philippine Islands. My request as to the use of said fund is based on the assumption that the Silliman Institute shall still be under the control of the New York Board at the time of my death. If not, then I request that said sum shall be used for whatever work in the Philippine Islands shall be under the control of the New York Board a the time of my death.
