Fund Restriction

For a scholarship to help educate a young person from or in one of the following countries: Sudan, Ethiopia or Kenya. If, in the future, for any reason the income cannot be used in Sudan, Ethiopia or Kenya, the Commission shall have the right to use the fund in other fields, providing the title and memorial character are always connected with it and the purpose is maintained as nearly as possible.
