Fund Restriction

To be used for Sunday School Missions so long as the Board carries such work in its regular constituted budget: should the Board cease to carry Sunday School Missions in its regular constituted budget then and in that event the income from this one-half of the gift shall be devoted to such work as in the judgment of the Board may be most effective for Christian Evangelization within the States.
