Fund Restriction

Establish an anonymous fund which I hope from time to time to supplement by further gifts or through my Will. I request that COEMAR consult me as long as I live but thereafter COEMAR is to have full discretion to apply the income, and in any unusually deserving situation a part of the principal, unconditionally to advance theological education of a promising student or students at Tokyo Union Theological Seminary. Should this use ever seem unwise, the Commission’s discretion extends to the then most nearly similar purpose within the purview of its responsibility. [Formerly Anonymous #3]
