Fund Restriction

The Colegio La Patria, or its successors, shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established as its Board shall determine. Should the Colegio La Patria, or its successors, cease to exist tor cease to be connected with the Presbyterian Church (USA), the net income from this gift shall be used for Christian education of school age children in Guatemala as a specific addition to approved funding sources, without equalization of any kind.
