[Egypt] As the Foundation shall determine in its sole discretion and to divide the net income therefrom as such income is received, in quarterly payments, among the following causes of the Coptic Evangelical Church, in the proportions shown: 50% for the Board of Pensions of the Synod of the Nile; 25% for the Evangelical Theological Seminary; and 25% for the Synod of the Nile, for the support of “El Hoda”, its official magazine.
