Fund Restriction

for the support of theological seminaries of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. wherever the need is greatest as determined by the Council on Theological Seminaries of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. Provided, however, that should the need by greater for the principal rather than the income, the Council may, at its discretion, spend the principal of the fund hereby created, for the support of theological seminaries of The United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A.
