The income from this fund shall be used for the program of the United Presbyterian Church in its support of the Assyrian Evangelical Church (Presbyterian) of Iran. The income shall not be equalized with other budgetary or program support for this Church in this part of the world, but shall be outside the budget support, sent in the name of and as a memorial to the Assyrian Presbyterian Church of Yonkers, N.Y. Should the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. cease to be related to the Assyrian Evangelical Church (Presbyterian) of Iran at some time in the future, the income from this fund shall be used for work as similar as possible to the original intent of the donor church.

for mission work in Asia, with first preference to be given, if possible, to work with those who are in, or who are from, mainland China.

Income equally for Board of National Missions for the program of the Cook Christian Training School, Phoenix, Arizona [now Cook School for Christian Leadership, Tempe, Arizona] and for College of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Arkansas [now University of the Ozarks].
