Fund RestrictionShall be used for the education and training of male/female pastors to supply pastors in Pacht 15, in Northern Thailand. The income from this fund should be distributed at least annually. If the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A. Foundation) determines that it is not possible to use this gift for the support mentioned above, then in determining what other use to make of this gift, it is my request that the governing board of the Foundation give consideration to any wishes which I may commit to writing prior to my death, or which the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A. Foundation) deems as its valid mission support to Pacht 15, Thailand, or other mission effects in Thailand.

The basic intent would be to broaden the education levels of the indigenous peoples (up to Graduate Equivalency Diploma) and to provide the Spanish language capability necessary for graduates to pursue higher levels of theological education at the Presbyterian Seminary of Guatemala and beyond.

International Mission Personnel Permanent Endowment Fund

Fund RestrictionTo be used for International Mission Personnel according to the priorities established by the Worldwide Ministry Division, or its successor. The General Assembly Council, or its successor, shall have oversight of expenditures of said distributions after each distribution is made from the Fund to the Beneficiary.If in the future there are no International Mission Personnel that are supported by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), distributions of the Fund will be used by the Beneficiary for Mission-related International Partnerships, Evangelism and New Church Development. If in the sole discretion of the General Assembly Council, acting on behalf of the Beneficiary, the distributions are no longer needed for these programs, then the Beneficiary may use the Fund distributions for the support of another priority of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), as determined in the sole discretion of the General Assembly Council.
