for the Church Vocation Ministry Unit, or successor, of the Presbyterian Church (USA), to be used equally for the National Presbyterian College Scholarship Fund and for the Educational Assistance Grant Fund. Should the National Presbyterian College Scholarship Fund or the Educational Assistance Grant Fund cease to exist, the proportionate share of the net income shall go to the Church Vocational Ministry Unit or its successor. [This fund represents the portion for the Educational Assistance Grant Fund; however, since that fund has ceased to exist the income is to be used by the successor of the Church Vocational Ministry Unit.]

for the development, outside of budget, of social witness policies for consideration by the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)

For the purpose of carrying on the hospital and educational work of the said Board [Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church (USA)] under the supervision of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America; and it is my wish and desire that so long as it may be necessary the part of the income to be devoted to educational work shall be devoted to the education of young men in foreign countries for native work.
