UUsed for the support of an outstation in our Africa Mission. It is mutually agreed that under item (3) above the Executive Committee of Foreign Missions will have authority to use the income from this permanent Fund in any Mission field other than Africa, if in their judgment it seems wise.

The net income therefrom shall be paid in quarterly payments to Board Of National Missions of the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. for Migrant Ministries, or as said Board otherwise sees fit.

For the granting of scholarships or loans to persons studying for and who have been approved as candidates for the ministry in The United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, or its successors.

For Christian Education.

For the development and improvement of medical and hospital facilities in India and Africa, in accord with the missions work carried out by the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. The income earned by this fund for the designated work of the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. shall be considered to the outside the budget and shall not be equalized.
