For college scholarships for students affiliated with the First Presbyterian Church of Maywood, located at 1112 North Avenue, Melrose Park, Illinois [n.k.a. – Community Presbyterian Church, 200 Roosevelt Road, Broadview, IL 61053]. In case there is no demand for such scholarship in any year the Foundation may award scholarships to graduates of Proviso Township High School, East or West, of Cook County, Illinois, and who are members of the Presbyterian faith.

For the overseas mission work of The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
