Further, the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) may withdraw for disbursement to Stony Point Center their proportionate share of the principal, up to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of their proportionate share in a calendar year, upon written request of the director of the named conference center. Such disbursement shall be made within a reasonable period of time, but in any case such disbursement shall occur no longer than three months after such request is made.

Arthur’s request that only the income from this fund be used for the purposes stated herein, and that the principal of this fund be preserved intact, the Foundation shall have the authority to use the principal for such purposed, if in the sole judgment and discretion of the Foundation, such use is warranted to serve its general educational purposes.
